Zip is a buy now, pay later provider. In Australia it offers Zip Pay, Zip Plus and Zip Money, which may allow eligible customers to pay for a purchase over time instead of in full at checkout.

Add items to cart, select Zip at checkout, then follow the prompts from Zip to complete your order. Your order is paid in full to us at that point, and you repay Zip directly on the schedule set with your Zip account.

Yes. Zip accounts are a line of credit, and approval is subject to Zip's checks. Grind Syndicate is not the credit provider and has no part in Zip's approval decisions, account terms or repayments.

Zip availability may depend on your location, order value, eligibility, selected items and checkout settings.

Zip accounts can carry a monthly account fee and a fee for missed repayments. What applies depends on which Zip product you hold and whether you are carrying a balance. Zip publishes its current fees, eligibility criteria and terms — check them before using the service.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back through the original payment method. Zip will then adjust your balance or repayments according to its process. Our 30-day returns and free exchanges apply the same way they do to any other payment method.
