Shipping policy

Orders are packed and sent from Western Sydney with Australia Post.

Dispatch
Orders are packed and sent within 1–2 business days. Tracking details are emailed to the address used at checkout as soon as your order is dispatched.

Where we ship
Australia and New Zealand. All prices are in AUD.

Rates
Australia — Standard $11, free on orders over $62. Express $15.
New Zealand — Standard $20.

Free standard shipping applies to Australian orders over $62 and to Standard delivery only. Express is $15 at every order value. New Zealand orders are $20 at every order value, and free shipping does not apply to New Zealand. Rates are shown again at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates
These are Australia Post estimates measured from dispatch, not guarantees. Metropolitan areas are faster than regional.

Australia, Standard (Parcel Post) — typically 2–6 business days.
Australia, Express (Express Post) — typically 1–3 business days. Express Post is not a guaranteed next-day service.
New Zealand (Australia Post International Standard) — typically 4–7 business days to main centres. Outside the main centres takes longer.

Add the 1–2 business days for packing to work out the full time from ordering. Standard within Australia is usually inside 8 business days door to door. New Zealand is typically 5–9 business days from ordering.

Delays
Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays and peak periods. Once an order is with Australia Post, transit is outside our control. Tracking is emailed on dispatch so you can follow it the whole way.

Address details
Check your delivery address and email address at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address or redirect the parcel.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for several business days, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@grindsyndicate.com.au with your order number and we will sort it out with you. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
